In this role, you will play a crucial part in organizing and coordinating our youth inspirational talks and thoughts initiative. You will have the chance to work closely with inspiring speakers, talented young minds, and a dedicated team, all with the aim of making a positive difference in the lives of young individuals.
Responsibility:
- Assist in developing and implementing the program's overall strategy and objectives
- Collaborate with our team to identify and secure engaging speakers for the talks
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technical requirements
- Support the marketing and promotion of the initiative to reach a wider audience
- Manage participant registrations and ensure a smooth registration process
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for all attendees
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting to measure the impact and success of the program
- Contribute creative ideas for continuous improvement and expansion of the initiative
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Passion for youth empowerment and personal development
- Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
